Taste Mendocino Aboard the

Whiskey Train

Join us on select evenings throughout the year for a fantastic evening of fine whiskey on the Willits line of the World-Famous Skunk Train!

This unique train trip departs Willits and travels over the highest point of the line. This ~2 hour round trip will take you over the Summit of our line (elevation 1,740 feet), through Tunnel #2, and down into the Noyo River Canyon.

Enjoy a personal presentation by a "whiskey sommelier" who will be speaking on board the train throughout the trip about each whiskey that is being poured, its background, individual tasting notes, and the a "behind the scenes" of their unique distillation process. Receive four tastings of Tamar Distillery's boutique Premium Whiskeys made in Mendocino County, in a custom "Whiskey Train" tasting glass – yours to keep as a souvenir! Plus, an individual charcuterie plate to keep you sated along the way.
