Prepared on-site in a custom-built commercial kitchen housed inside a historic boxcar, each bowl features your choice of grilled steelhead, grilled chicken, or tofu, served over jasmine rice with fresh vegetables and house-made sauces.

Available on Friday and Saturday’s starting at 11am, pre-order your meal during checkout to guarantee availability, or order on-site.

Grilled steelhead over jasmine rice with yuzu basil sauce, sesame green beans, shiitake mushrooms, and cucumber mango relish. Grilled chicken over jasmine rice with honey-teriyaki sauce, broccoli, edamame, and pickled watermelon radish. Grilled tofu over jasmine rice with creamy tahini sauce, sweet peppers and onions, and avocado.

All rice bowls are gluten-free and dairy-free. Kid-sized bowls are available with grilled chicken or tofu.
